AI output

Local models can produce inaccurate, incomplete or harmful output. Do not rely on the app as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or emergency advice. Verify important information independently.

Acceptable use

Do not use Private AI to create or facilitate illegal activity, exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate content, violent wrongdoing, self-harm encouragement, hateful abuse, malware, fraud or infringement of others' rights.

Models and licenses

Models are provided by third parties and may have separate licenses, acceptable-use rules and limitations. Review the model information shown before download. You are responsible for complying with those terms.

Availability and warranty

The app is provided “as is” and may change. To the extent permitted by law, NWTC INC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of the app or model output.

Termination

We may restrict network services such as content-report submission when necessary to prevent abuse. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
