Request deletion of submitted report data

Private AI has no user account. To request deletion of a content-safety report sent to NWTC INC:

1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Private AI data deletion”.
2. Include the report ID shown after submission and the approximate submission time, if available.
3. We will confirm the request and delete the matching report data.

A report may contain its category, your description, app version/build, a random installation identifier and optional model identifiers. Matching report data is deleted on a verified request. Reports are otherwise deleted or anonymized within 90 days; security access logs that may contain an IP address are retained for up to 30 days. Your local chats, prompts, replies and images are never included in a report.

Delete local data

Delete individual chats and models inside the app. To remove everything, open Android Settings → Apps → Private AI → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app.

Report harmful AI output

Open the message menu in a chat and choose “Report content.” The report sends only the category, your description and optional model identifiers—not the chat transcript. If the in-app form fails, email us directly.

Model download problems

Check free storage, use a stable network and try a smaller GGUF model that matches your device memory. Model providers can remove or rename files without notice.

Important limits

AI output can be wrong. Do not use it as professional medical, legal, financial or emergency advice.
